About ShareCare AFH

Founded and operated by Carmelita Gordon, RN, ShareCare AFH brings clinical experience, empathy, and excellence to residential care. Carmelita has served in diverse healthcare environments, including the VA hospital system and community health centers. Her background spans physical and behavioral health, medication management, crisis intervention, and care coordination.

ShareCare is licensed to provide care for 1–2 residents, plus one temporary respite bed. Located in south Kenosha, our home is surrounded by parks, churches, local amenities, and is accessible by public transportation.

We specialize in serving:

• Adults 18+ with physical or developmental disabilities

• Individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders

• Persons requiring moderate supervision and support in a community-based home
